I saved this picture from a previous post and forgot to ask more informations.
I remember German WW2 but what for ?

This igniter also fits some models of German Sabotage Timers. If I recall correctly the red markings denote an incendiary rather than a detonating function. I will post a reference when I track it down.

2 differents on the picture : a short with screw (CA ztz), a long without screw with detonator shape
 
Both are "Brandkapsel" that is Incendiary function, denoted by the red markings to distinguish them from standard detonators. Information from the British publication - Enemy Sabotage Equipment (Identification) May 1945 Page 113. Sorry, I can't post a picture at the moment.
