ID Israeli rocket

According to Google Lens the text on the main body is 'תת קליבר/רקטה מס' 100 - ירי אימון', which machine (Google) translates to 'Sub calibre/rocket #100 - practice firing'.

Upper the text on the rocket motor may be 'סיםן 7', which machine translates to 'Mark 7'.

Weird, it shares the same motor section with the Israeli bazooka rocket. The CARPET system seems to used a shorter and different propellant section.
