The projectile body looks like a 50mm VALERO-ECIA, but the fuze is not the same :

Effectively, I think little problem with the fuze !

Spain, Granada de mortero de 50mm modelo 1941

Fuze seems to be a ECIA 55, normaly used with 60 and 81 mm.
Shape is littlely different, yours is probably a exercice fuze.

Exact is a 50 mm ECIA mortar.
fuze is a model for inert practice. It is solid iron, there were several similar models of "false fuze"
