ID please for 70mm shell

Greetings to all
This projectile has the following dimensions...
Length 188mm
Width 69.6mm
Width on driving band 71.5mm
Width on centering band 70.03mm
Base to d band 18.1mm
Top to c band 20.6mm

Sadly i have been unable to attach pictures.
Have tried for several days and will keep trying in seperate post.
Is something wrong with the site?
Have been losing the thread whenever i try so will send without images anyway.
It is HE or Shrapnel and i realise that without photos it is tricky to ID

Look at the picture fromat. I found out mine was PNG that didn't work here, after opening I "saved it as" a Jpeg and I could post them.

Some 2.75 inch projectile maybe ?



The book I have is incomplete and the plates are missing.
Maybe someone can access a complete one.
