look like French high capacity HE, there were a lot left at the end of WWI that got turned into souvenirs.

Thanks for the picture. None of my shells show the yellow like your picture does

The yellow seldom survives on any of them, your fuzes are replaced with brass pointed pieces
which is often done for these resold souvenir types.
