ID Please

Got these and a bit at a loss!
Unfortunately Trench Art so not sure as to what the correct height & diameter
Heastamps both say KTC MK5
One is dated 7-43 the other 2-44 the later one has IMPULSE stamped & both have an anchor (navy I assume?)


Base diameter 93mm it does taper & just below the stretch it is 70mm

They look to be American.

I have heard torpedo launching charges referred to as impulse cartridges if that helps at all.
