ID Practice bomb (maybe a question for DREAMK)

Found in a French lake (aera of Moutchic Naval Air Station 001 - US WW1).
Seem to be practice bombs made of conrete (body) and wood (fins).
Nothing in my doc about this training bomb used in France.

The bomb to ID is smaller with different shape and wood fins.
