Does anyone knows the logo which is the base of the warhead.

It's a british 3.5 inch HEAT warhead for launcher M28Mk- . Does anyone know what factory made ​​this rocket.

By logo do you mean the 'arrow' with markings either side of the base of the shaft? If so that's a British service acceptance mark with possibly the date.

Agree with Tim. It looks like a ROF Glascoed mark to me. In which case they filled it.
