It's the first time I see such a shell (ww2 German HE 2cm)
Fuzed 2cm Kpfz45. Base Tracer.
What is the designation and what is the gun ?

Hey, the AP was of the "naval" type. Short base, IZ43 fused. But instead of it being in the "KM AP blue" it was painted black for use with the 110 rebated rim Oerlikon casing. Casing has a tiny crimping groove right at the top of the neck.
