identification help

I have a .50 cal or 12.7mm round that I am trying to find some info on or at least identify it's origin.
I could not get a good picture of the headstamp so please excuse my bad Microsoft paint reproduction.

This was recovered in Vietnam.

This is a chinese 12,7x108.

As rigby said, Chinese manufactured by factory 41, 1965.

12.7 x 108mm, originally developed in the Soviet Union.
