Identification of head stamp

I do not know the shell case dimensions, I only know it is made of steel and the size I would guestimate a 10.5 cm caliber case over 600 mm long. There is a big chance it is a German WW2 case, used post-war in Northern Europe (Finland or Norway).

Anybody recognizes the stamp?

Does not look a Finnish reload marking. We used I, O, and dots ..... but they were all stamped on line after each other, not over each other. At first reload they marked with I and/or O and then followed with a dot for each new reload
