Identification of non-British 1899 dated fuze?

This fuze is coming up in an Australian auction soon. They really couldn’t have gotten the description any more inaccurate if they tried! For starters it’s dated October 1899. Maker is RG in an oval, which I don’t think is Radway Green! I don’t think it’s British, but possibly German or Austro-Hungarian? Can anyone please identify it.
Thanks, Graeme

Their description was a No 121 fuze for 2pr. 55mm diameter, 80mm high. The fuze would jam in the barrel so absolutely a wrong ID.
