Identification of Stun hand Grenade-made in former Yugoslavia

It is made in 1992 by Suvenir, Samokov/Makedonski Brod in Macedonia

The same grenade painted in blue and with yellow fuze was made in PK, Preduzece Kamnik in Kamnik during SFR Yugoslavia era,and it was marked with white latinic letters RŠB what is acronym for "ručna šok bomba". That means in english hand stun grenade. It was made for special forces of Yugoslavian police and that grenade was extremly rare. I have one inert in my collection so I will put here it's pics in couple of days when I come back to my home.
