Identification Required for Bomb

This bomb appears on a number of recent videos from Libya.
Can anyone ID what it is?
Not a great picture i know, but the video wasn't great either.

I have no other information on this item.

The fins look Russian. Search there amongst the more common types.

It seems an ordinary FAB bomb of M62 series (FAB-250 or FAB-500)

I agree with Stecol. I would say that it's a FAB-500.M62. The strengthening ring around the fins has been removed but you can see evidence of where it was.
