It was recovered in the UK from a test range.

I don't have anymore information, a collegue sent me the picture for an ID.

The black/white markings on the pole look like a standard photo scale, not very good, but should be one foot per - Pete you need to tell them to get their act together and take some decent measurements.

If the photo was taken in Europe then the scale is likely to be metric.

The picture was taken in the UK, so it could be either! What with us using inches and pdr etc ;-) But my moneys on imperial!
Sometimes the measurements are good, depends on who's doing the shooting!

Depending on dimensions(?) the general shape looks to be a standard British 250 or 500lb HE.
