which country does it come from? It looks like an austro-hungarian M.63 time fuze but has some small differences. But there are a few other countries which adopted the austrian system.
It was found in North Eastern Italy and attached to a 120mm/12cm projectile. I figured it was likely to be Austro Hungarian, but could find an example like it in my documents.

it's an Austro Hungarian fuze mod 66/85K, missing the percussion section, it could be used on:
12cm mod 66 and 78 shrapnel for the 12cm mod 61 and 61/95 gun;
15cm mod 66 and 78 shrapnel for the 15cm mod 61 and 61/95 gun or 15cm mod 78 mortar
9cm mod 71 shrapnel in 9cm mod 80 morser.
