Fin assembly with 12 or 16 fins.
Year of manufacture:1954

he only French mortar round that I know, does not look like this (GC 81 mm Mle 35).

Italy have a copy of the french, the 81mm AGC.
Iran make the 81mm HE GC
Switzerland made the 81mm Mw WM
USA the 81mm M56
