Luuuuuucy! You got some 'splainin' to do!
Having been in a few shipyards, I don't recall seeing one in such a state. Somebody(ies) didn't follow directions.
I'm guessing they can get it upright by strategically filling the drydock. Or go the Costa Concordia route. Which has a great documentary on righting a big ship. A fascinating bit of engineering, fer sure.
