Information needed Italian Tear Gas Grenade

Interesting grenade.
The only string grenade I knew was the Czech V 10 a which is a bit different.
 
Love the wording. They are packed a bit like some commercial UK plain detonators were in WW2, with sawdust. Perhaps these are about that era.
