I’m guessing from other types it’s around 100g but need to be a bit more accurate.

You are asking for the core data of an active-duty weapon system, which is likely to be confidential.
While some open sources claim PP89 can fire a type 63 60mm round, the rounds in your pic are not type 63 to my understanding.
