interesting Video about ammunition production during 1st WW

...it was in a time when (I only know the situation in Germany) the official opinion stated that there are no health problems being expected when a normal worker has a 16 hour day and 0 days of vacation per year. I just read this in an official statement from shortly before the war in our industry museum last weekend which is mentioning that no vacation is required for the workers health. Incredible to imagine today...

B.t.w. it seems the Video is showing the production of Russian 3 inch shrapnel shells for export.

Unfortunately, the only "health problems" was to those receiving the incoming projectile!
