Is this projectile a 25 pounder smoke?

Diameter accross the driving band :89 mm

Length: 330 mm

Some traces of green paint. No obvious stencils.

Certainly looks like it is. Those that I find are WW2 vintage and also have `25 Pr BE' stamped on the body. Is the base internally threaded and is there a small hole through the body that aligns with the threads and is itself threaded? Is there a similar small hole near the top of the shell that aligns with the internal threads there? Those holes would accommodate grub screws for firmer attachment of the base plate and the fuze. Not sure whether more modern versions would have used grub screws.
