Poss one of those supplied to Albania? If so, are these type levers exclusive to Chinese-made F1s?

Maybe one of those made in Albania. I understand that the Chinese set up the ordnance factories in Albania and that Factory 3 made F1 grenades between 1972 to 1990. Prior to that supplies did come from China. I am a bit rusty on 'Iron Curtain' stuff so hopefully someone can confirm, or otherwise.

Thanks guys... Yes it's a 32 on the body - guess '3 78' on lever is date of manufacture? I did expect markings on base to be in Chinese if a Chinese-made gren, unless this is how those for export were marked?
