Italian 40mm Lorentz Tempini case

I cannot identify this 40x185r Italian Lorentz Tempini case :
Ø rim: 55.5mm
The primer has been replaced by a French 8x50r socket (Lebel)

R.Hawkinson lists it as a 42x185R with a 59.5mm Rim. This may be a typo? Lorenz Tempini. Nordenfelt rim.
3-holed screw in primer adaptor. I just quote from the book so open to comments about the rim diameter.

Jan Janssens' book lists it thus:-

42x185R x55.7 Light Nordenfelt WW1 Italy

also listed ... 42x185R x55.5 Light Nordenfelt WW1 GB
