Italian AP Mine ???

Can anyone identify this mine.
I was told it is Italian but can't find any references.

Total length: 482 mm
Diameter body: 42 mm
Fragmentation sleeve: 146 mm

Yes, it's an italian frag mine model "V".
This mine is post-war (1950) and should not be confused with the mine "V. 1", 1941.
This specimen is the pratice version (4 holes on screw cap)
