Italian Casing headstamp for a (Semovente) 75mm Obice da 75/18 modello 34

Does anyone know what the headstamp on an Italian cartridge case for their Semovente 75/18 (Obice da 75/18 modello 34) looks like? Is it actually stamped "75/18"? Are the dimensions 75x185 - same as their other 75mm guns?

I have seen images of them before. They are marked "75/18".

Semovente da 75/18 used fixed ammo with a 75x232R90 case.
