I think SIMAD-03 is not the real nomenclature but only name of Factory and Year lot. I can't find the catalogue online.

It is an Italian anti-riot canister grenade, that can be filled with two smoke cartridges (Mod.M7-FOL) or with six/seven CS cartridges (Mod.STA-FOL-L6); practice version with white smoke also available; a single flash-bang model is half in size. 58mm X 185mm X 280g, smoke emission 25s each, fuze delay 3s.
