Any ideas on this item?
I am guessing the R is for reduced?
I am not sure about the color bands around the nose end, and the nomenclature doesn't seem to fit the Soviet system.
Also, does anyone know what factory 445 is?

Nor do the latin letters. If it is for export the markings would not fit the soviet system.
