Japanese 30.5cm case headstamps for I’d please

Good morning, can anyone translate the headstamps on this Japanese 30.5cm shell case? I presume it is WW1 era. Amazing that such a large case should find its way to the uk.

It is a WW2 305x496R (30cm) gun case type 7th year. Osaka Army Arsenal December 1944 (ie. 12 Showa 19).
 
Nice one, did not know of it yet! Could you verify the length for me and measure the rim diameter for my reference list?
