I just picked up a few concrete filled m117 gp with the retarding fin these are concrete filled. I also picked up a few that look like a mk82 but has flat nose. I cannot post pictures but can send them to anyone interested in seeing them!

The m117 was complete with nose fuse adaptor with booster and spinner fuse. The adaptor I hear is extremely hard to find Asit has the inert booster etc with it along with the cardboard container and came 6 per case. Are these hard to find?

Your bombs that take a Mk. 82 tail fin are commonly known as railroad bombs, and they are actually classified MLU (Mine Live Unit). They are considered mines and used to force people to leave an area because they have a time delay fuze and are boobytrapped. The flat nose is so they won't richochet from where they were intended to land and stay.

When I was looking on the body of the flat nosed one it says fsn NONE but says destructor on it.

My wife picked up a mk xiiv depth charge for me for Xmas also!

Sounds like a nice wife! The MLU numbers are stamped in the area around where the suspension lugs screw in. And it would use a destructor type fuze.
