Kugelhandgranate cutaway complete

Hello,
Has anyone got a picture of the internal workings of a kugelhandgranate fuse, I'm guessing it's a friction device?
Cheers,
navyman.

Hi Paul.
For filling I used buckwheat with glue, then painted with black paint. :tinysmile_twink_t:

Hello poiskovik,
That's brilliant, have you patented it? Certainly looks very good, I'm sure customs would be very confused when looking at that!
Cheers,
navyman.

Kugel cutaway

I have used rock salt painted black to simulate large grain Black powder, it looks pretty good.....

Thought this pic may interest you,its of an "Inert" grenade i bought a couple of years ago (cant remember if was a fair or auction)
Well decided to cut it ..Hmmmm nice suprise inside remnants of original fill, glad i used the hacksaw instead of my grider to cut it
