L31A1 blanks, questions

Was given three slightly odd Hirtenberger blanks, so have some questions:
They all have intact primers and are very new looking. They might have been reprimered so the first question is. What colour are the original HP primers?
Secondly, were they delivered with red primer sealant Two of mine have that, one does not. all have brass coloured primers.
They were picked up from a scrap merchants brass bin, so the split neck and bunged tip of the "bullet" (elongation) along with the very clean look, could be explained by somebodys experimantation.

Now i am confused. Green crimp seal? crimp of what? these have a elongated neck l an american M82 MG blank. I'll fix a photo, just a moment.

I agree they look like unfinished blanks, maybe rejected?.....and yes an Austrian contract to the UK made blanks turning up in a Danish scrap yard is rather odd.

Only a guess, but the two on the left have visible signs of deformation and the one on the rigth has no primer sealant (Side view, hs' are not in the same order) Might be rejects.
