Large Thermite Well from the O.S.S.

I have found a couple of ceramic inner works of the American incendiary device “Large Thermite Well” as used by the O.S.S. and Cold War “Stay Behind” organisations.
I am looking for exact details (photographs) and sizing of the outher casing (pasteboard box and sleeve) and tin plate lid and bottom to make some replicas.
A empty outer casing is even better.

I am wanting to do the same thing with the ceramic well I just received. Can anyone tell me what the color and consistency of the Thermite material would have been so I can try to duplicate the look of it in my reproduction?
