Lead-coated shell from approx. 1870

Added another lead-coated ('bleimantel') shell to the collection. According to the seller this 6,5 cm is of Belgian
origin but I can not find any info on the internet. Not sure whether the fuze is original. Looks a bit too short.
Anyone has some idea and/or drawings of this shell and fuze?
