Leichte Wurf-Mine 16

Currently I am restoring a leichte Wurf-Mine 16. I have 2 questions:
1- who is the maker ME and where stands Jk for?
2- were there any other painted markings on the shell body besides 3 black bands?

I hope somebody can help me.

Hello,

ME = Maschinenfabrik Elsterwerda

JK = IK = Ingenieur Komitee (=acceptance stamps for different tests for example one of them was the water pressure test)

The three rings are correct. Late war shells had letters like "L", "A" or "E" stamped instead of the rings.
