I believe this is a line or signal cannon their are no markings on it. It looks like it can accept a 10 gauge shotgun shell.

It appears to be a Strong Signal cannon. Very desirable amongst the cannonneers. From memory, produced early 1900's to about the 40's. Prices go all over the place, I have seen similar go from $400-2400.
