These are unmarked ....
They seem to fit 20x110 USN cartridges very well ....
But i would appreciate confirmation .... and an indication of the gun(s) they are designed for.

these are used on the M16A1 Vulcan cannon and the phalanx CIWS
and yes they are the 20x110 USN navy round
 
They do look to be long enough for the MK.100 ammo (20 x 110USN) ,So wouldn't be used in the 20x102 Vulcan or CIWS, only exclusively used in the MK.12 cannon(ie,Skyhawk).
