Lionel train Minuteman coach

There is a large Lionel toy train collection offered near me on Craigs list. One of the photos shows this. Did it even exist in real life? Hard to imagine the recoil on tracks.....

Looks more like a subscale Lacrosse rather than a Minuteman, which is longer (60') than a standard boxcar (50'). You could probably launch a Lacrosse/Honest John from a rail car but erecting an 80,000 missile over a single truck might be iffy even before you light the fuze and deal with thrust and exhaust issues.
