What i've got is looks like a Shot 120mm APFSDS instructional round , coloured black but the weird thing is the nose tip is flat not pointed like a normal instructional round.
INERT and INSTR are written around the fin cover.
There is a fin retaining screw at the base but won't unscrew.
The Centring Band and Driving Band are nylon by look.
Looked this up all over place and not a clue.
Hope someone has seen this before
