For the VAR lotcode i have "VAR: Variabel/mixed lots (‘VAR’ in lot codes from Dutch DMKL repacked/inspected ammo [DMKL = Directie Materieel Koninklijke Landmacht])

The german Army use the code VAR from 1974 for the "NATO Main Depot Varde" in Flensburg-

The LOT CODE I was given has F.F. instead of FF. That's why I asked. I thought there might be a difference.

I found nothing for F.F., but I found two other manufacturors for FF :

- ETS FOUCHE, ANGOULEME (CHARENTE), France
- ETS FOIN G. ET FILS, PARIS, France
