Can anyone explain to me the marking system on the Fench grenade from Lex's site?

We have this grenade listed as DF F1A but Lex has it as a LU 213. Also what do the other markings stand for?

The DF F1A is the name of the grenade in the army service (DF for Defensive model F1A) The LU213 is the fabric/commercial name of the grenade (LU for Luchaire model 213). About the Lex grenade : GRenade a MAin DeFensive F1A BouchonAllumiere F13 and TNP stand for TITANITE (a Luchaire business partner). GR MA DE F1A BA F13 01-TNP-00
