We have it listed as a Pyrotechnic but you will see it is in the rifle grenade body.

Actually the head is plastic and it uses the same tail assembly as the rifle launched signals. It is listed in TM9-1370-200, military pyrotechnics.

Pretty sure it is in the museum photos. If not I have one in the collection, no time to dig right now.
