M68 Mortar fuze ?

Darkman

Well-Known Member
I'm looking for more information on this fuze.

Believed to be a mortar fuze, it's all alloy with a steel nose plunger.

Marked as follows:
УT, M68 П1 (Cyrillic У and П)
TK KB8765 BK

46 x 88.5mm overall length (including gaine), 37.6mm thread diameter with 2.0mm pitch.

Threads are too wide for CHI-COM 60mm mortar. Almost screws into a US 60mm mortar (1/2 way).

Want to find out who made the fuze, for which country (Israel?) and confirm its use.

Thanks, Graeme
