M70, 57-MM, AP

Does anyone know what company MCO stands for? I thought it might be U.S. It was found in a British cartridge case.

This being a museum piece, I totally understand if these do not go together. They fit things together just because they could, so hammer away if it is wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.

If it is the american MCO it should be: Metalizing Co. of America, Chicago, IL (former Magnesium Casting Co.)

You also mention the case was brittish...RM/C is a Canadian manufacturer :Robert Mitchell Ltd, Canada.
