I once had an article outling the man-hours and steps in producing/manufacturing/building a large caliber gun?rifle.
IIRC it was a Russian 12 inch/305 mm gun. The article had pitures of the various steps with detailed man-hours for each step'
I am looking for this article and/or other articles on the time and steos in producing large caliber artillery tubes. For instance I would like to know the time/man hours difference betweeb a buily up gun versus a wire wound gun.
Any help or leads would be appreciated.
