At a car boot sale this morning I picked up a fired brass 26.5mm Flare case.
The headstamp is "WEISS" at the top and "B." at the bottom.
Does This headstamp Stand for Manfred Weiss Budapest?
Or, does "Weiss" indicate the colour of the flare and is "B." the maker's mark?
