Merville Battle the last survivor Sgt Fred Milward

The first stop on my 3 day Normandy adventure was the site of the Merville battle. I had heard/read nothing of it prior to that stop. Since then, I've read all accounts I've run across. Noted today is the passing of the last British survivor of the battle, Sgt Fred Milward. RIP.
