Copy of French HPD ; with these markings this mine is really for Belgium ?

according to a certain book that i cannot name,(rhymes with planes,wines and wine clearance,2000-2001!)
this mine was made by TDA (a joint-venture thomson-CSF/daimler/chrysler aerospace)
it was made for sale to belgium,france,norway and switzerland
