Mills Grenade bits- How much???????

I don't know if these are from the same source but about a year ago I was offered a wheelbarrow full of similar Mills Parts (there were actually two wheelbarrows full in the deal). They came from a pond in Kent where the Home Guard had disposed of their grenades at the end of the war (probably Dec 1944 when they were stood down). It was all just scrap. I could not find a single usable piece. There were lots of gas checks but all the threads were gone. The base plugs were badly distorted and were beyond repair. The seller wanted £750 for the lot !

Buyer beware!
