Mills Grenade help

I believe this to be a No 5 Mk 1. The base plug reads No 5 mk 1 1916 H & TV. I've got the info on the manufacturer etc, so I suppose what I'm really asking is is this what I think it is?!

The plunger is a repro tho and probably the lever and pin.
